Sent 2 emails over 2 weeks to return product with no response. Had to drive 40 mins to this location to return them. The guy tried to get me to try on shirts, but honestly this customer service is so bad I can't see supporting them. I'm also not keen on wearing a XXL or Xxxl just to fit their mold. Seems degrading.

If they don’t have your size in store, they’re more than happy to order it online and have it shipped directly to your home. Today, I stopped by Oak Brook Mall on a whim and didn’t plan on buying anything. However, I found a shirt that caught my eye, and Eloy was right there to assist me and answer my questions. I even gave him the wrong size, and he took the initiative to check my account and bring me the correct one without hesitation. With how prevalent online shopping has become, customer service often feels like it’s declined. It’s refreshing to encounter someone like Eloy—and the rest of the team at this location—who consistently provide outstanding service. I don’t mind spending a little extra knowing I’m receiving that level of attention and care.
