  The girl jasmine has horrible customer service. It’s 7:58 with 17 ppl in line and she telling the medicinal customer about what type of tip joints she like to smoke 😂😂 glass or wood 😂 like damn be a lil aware we don’t have time for you to be flapping ya gums 😂😂😂

  Budtender yesterday recommended a new cart I believe her name is Charde she help me with the terpens but yes wonderful customer service and they all great you with a smile

  This is my favorite location i come here everyday to grab 3.5 buttered biscuit for almost 8 months now and recommended a lot of people. All employees except 1 in this location have great customer service and were nice and never were rude i walk in give them my Id and number know what I want whether there is a line or not they get it for me , today I walk in empty store nobody in line IRENE gave me a real hard time for no reason i asked for buttered bisquit she said no go to the screen in a rude way made me take the 5 min to submit order did it on my phone in front of her it is easy to submit online but did not like service and was first time someone told me to do that when she had my account open and tried to make me look like i was dumb and could of just told the person to grab it nobody was in the store…….and had terrible customer service not sure why did nit appreciate that at all 👎

  Nikki was amazing! Very informative, great attitude and totally took her time telling me about the gear sales they have! Love her positive energy! Will definitely be back!

  Going into Dutches in Oak Park is part of my daily routine, and I genuinely enjoy stopping in every time. The entire team makes the experience great from the warm smiles when you walk in to the sincere, friendly service. Shoutout to Kira, Ariana, TK, Sean, Marcos, Jazz, and Norvel! you all really make a difference. Even on my craziest days, walking in there lifts my mood. You can get bud anywhere, but you can’t find this kind of genuine, welcoming energy everywhere. No matter the line or the day, Dutches and the Oak Park crew always come through! Thank ya!!! 🫶
