  Joel was amazing! I’m new to taking edibles and have been struggling with sleep, so I honestly wasn’t sure what I needed or where to even start. Joel was incredibly patient, took the time to listen, and really knew his products. He made me feel comfortable and helped me understand my options without making me feel clueless. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything and helped guide me toward a product that fit what I was looking for. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping people. I would **100% recommend asking for Joel** if you’re new to edibles or just need help figuring out which products might be right for you. His knowledge, patience, and customer service are top-notch. Do whatever you need to do to keep Joel around because he’s a huge asset to your team. **Give that man a raise!** Employees like Joel are the reason customers come back. Excellent experience all around!

  I had an amazing experience with Ariana, she was very helpful. I had a problem with my payment situation and she made it possible for me to be able to purchase what I came for. Everybody else was nice as well.

  Came in for cannabis, left wondering if Joel should also be charging me for therapy. He was hilarious, knowledgeable, patient, and somehow knew exactly what I needed before I did. Customer service was 10/10, vibes were immaculate, and my wallet is now requesting that Joel and I stop seeing each other. Give that man a raise before I come back and accidentally buy the whole store.

  Jasmine is absolutely wonderful. I don't smoke myself, but I was looking for a birthday gift for a friend who frequently participates and found myself at Dutchess. Jasmine excused my ignorance and was very patient with me. She gave recommendations of some of the most popular items and helped me pick out a gift. And he loved it! I am very appreciative of Jasmine's services and I will send all of my 4/20 friendly homies y'all way.
