  THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY!! Ordered a bites & bloom with a 1 hour delivery for a $15 upcharge for my wife, too my great misfortune it came from this store. The only thing that look good for the amount I paid was the fruit. The order was delivered and there was no balloon, the flowers were wilted and the delivery was about 2 hours later than the 1 hour delivery promised. After calling the store about the missing balloon, the garbage looking flowers and the very late delivery, I was told by the manager on duty that they were out of stock for the balloon I picked, apparently he didn’t have the intelligence to call me for a substitute and hoped that it wouldn’t be missed, to his credit he did refund me for the ballon. He then told me that if I wanted to try to get something back for half dead flowers and late delivery I needed to contact their corporate office. I did contact them or so I thought, it turns out that the email is route to the store for their review on whether or not they will do anything about the complaint, the first one I sent was closed within a day. The second one I sent was ignored for about 2 weeks and closed recently. This is one of the WORST LOCATIONS I have ever spent hard earned money at, I would implore anyone who needs a gift to go anywhere else, even the vendor on the side of the road, before you waste your money or time at this establishment that should be closed down immediately!!

  I would never use this store again. I ordered my mom an arrangement for Mother's Day & it said it was delivered but it never was. When I called the store, they gave me the run around & wanted my elderly mother to come to the store & pick something out as a replacement, she is elderly. They would not give refund but that is not what Edible Arrangement policy is. Such a disappointment as they used to be so good.

  0 Stars had i known my son was surprising me with an order from this store i would have told him not to they are always closed hours before their supposed to the service is just horrible he got out of school made it there at 5p the door was closed but the sign said open line says open until 7p extremely inconveniencing
