I had such a good experience here, Kasey helped us out and was so sweet and kind throughout the process. She really helped my daughter pick items for her birthday and helped her locate what she wanted to see. I would ask to work with her when shopping here.

I visited the store Friday evening 5.1 to ask if I needed to have my charms with me to get my bracelet repaired because I forgot them at home. The first young lady that I encountered told me I would have to pay $75 per charm to get repaired ( I’m missing 5 charms) I told her I’ve had this same bracelet repaired at this store and I wasn’t charged as such. I also noted that when I had another bracelet repaired for the second time that the repair department just replaced it, so I asked shouldn’t this one be replaced since this is my second time bringing it in for repair? She became aggressive as if she owned Tiffany’s and said no it’s $75 per charm. I told her is anyone in repair right now I want to speak to someone back there, she proceeded to say I used to work back there and I did this and that I said I’ll just go to the back and wait for someone. Again she’s so aggressive she goes in the back to get a repair person then come to the back with them standing right over them as if she’s gonna make sure they say exactly what she wants them to. Not only did they not give the same information the women told me if I bring my own charms back that they can repair it for a flat fee something that the aggressive young lady didn’t say. Why was I handled so aggressively by this lady no customer service just aggressiveness. Actually micro aggression, I’m sure she doesn’t handle the customers the same skin tone as her like this. I have spent good money at this location and received great service up until this point. This made me uncomfortable and not sure if I want to return to this location.

I experienced the worst customer service ever from an older woman who worked there. I was going in to buy a ring, mind you a ring I want to wear for the rest of my life, and she told me I can try 2 on max. That is no problem! I specifically said I wanted a gold band and she proceeds to pull out silver. I correct her and she gave me a dirty look and said and I quote "you are throwing a million questions in my face". I felt so disrespected that I walked out immediately, went to a store that sells MORE expensive rings and spent my money there instead and they treated me well. If you have no patience and do not want to help your customers find the product they want, work somewhere else. Will never step foot here again.
