- VBVikas BeriJul 14, 20261.0Went in to return an online order. Nobody said anything when I walked in. I walked up to the counter and the person behind the counter looked at me and just walked away and into the back without saying a word. Then someone else came and didn't say a word until I said, "Hi. I have an online order I need to return." The person didn't know how to do the online return. She asked the other associate who didn't know either. It took over 15 minutes of her calling other locations and saying she'll FaceTime someone else to see if she can get it. She did not. It finally got to the point where I had been there long enough, no solution and she was going to try it another way by calling someone else so I just collected my things and walked out as I was late for a work dinner. I thought I'd make a quick return before dinner but that was not the case.
- NMNANCY MARTINEZJul 7, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut in Oak Brook today 7/7/26 at around 5:05pm ,this lady with short brown hair , white pants , blue white shirt was so RUDE.My daughter and I opened the door because it appeared there were employees inside at Sunglas Hut in Oakbrook .Instead of politely letting us know the store wasn’t open yet, she looked at us with an unfriendly expression and didn’t say a word. A simple,Sorry, “We’re not open yet,” would have been courteous and appreciated. Customer service starts with basic kindness and respect. I hope management addresses this, and if shes a manager Luxottica needs to be represented well,because experiences like this leave a negative impression and don’t reflect the level of professionalism customers expect when purchasing expensive luxury sunglasses. I will not go there again.
