  I am extremely disappointed with my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses. After only 2 months of normal use, strange lines appeared inside the lenses. These are NOT scratches — it is clearly a manufacturing defect. I took very good care of the glasses, and they were never damaged. I even went to two different Ray-Ban locations, and both employees told me that this is 100% a factory defect. Despite that, the warranty team denied my claim without even physically inspecting the glasses. They made their decision only based on photos, which makes absolutely no sense. How can you confidently say it is not a manufacturing defect if you never even examined the glasses in person? What makes this even worse is the terrible customer service. Instead of standing behind their product, they refused to honor the warranty and acted like the issue was my fault. For a premium product at this price, this is completely unacceptable. I expected much better quality and support from Ray-Ban and Meta. Paying this much money for defective lenses after only a short time is ridiculous. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these glasses to anyone.

  I bought a sunglasses from here and after 2 years it feels like cheap Chinese made glasses and can’t feel the genuine quality
