  Today my boyfriend and I had the worst experience with this associate, don’t remember his name just a peer Latino. We were looking for an American polo or shirt or maybe even jersey if available as there are some USA shirts in the catalog of RL, when we tried to explain to this associate what we were looking for he was rude and reluctant to help us out, he even said “We don’t carry that, it is too sporty, I mean just look around nothing is like that, you can maybe check Macys or the outlet” instead of trying to help us out with recommendations or whatever. We literally could have gotten a plain shirt with the USA logo or the flag but we didn’t even get to see what they had. Also if you don’t carry stuff that’s understandable but we are not dumb we went to this location as there are plenty of options for USA themed clothing, or so we thought. I think there is ways to explain something and try to support, instead of just dismissing someone and sending them to Macys or the outlet, just plain rude.

  I visited this location today around 1pm intending to purchase several button-up shirts and a blazer, but the experience was deeply unsettling. Despite 4-5 representatives being present, we weren’t greeted at all. When we finally sought help, the assistance felt reluctant and dismissive. Most concerning, however, was the constant, heavy surveillance. We felt watched and judged the entire time we were browsing, to the point where we felt uncomfortable even touching the merchandise. We ultimately chose to leave due to this hostile atmosphere. We headed straight to the Fashion Outlets location instead, where the staff was professional and welcoming and where we were happy to spend $700. I hope management addresses the underlying biases in how this team profiles their "customers”
