But the system counted 32 days (which it isn't) and the manager said the system used to take it with no problem, but now they have a new system and he can't override anything. It was stuck at 32 days and he can't do anything. I'm not writing this about policy or the manager, I'm more disappointed in their new system to be so closed off to the manager. I went to Macys and returned the same date frame and had no problems at all. Allow your managers to better serve their customers. I kept getting "I just work here, this is the new system they gave us" Very disappointed in this experience. Maybe you should just have return kiosks and no people if there isn't anything a manager can do.
