Giving the store team 0 stars. Terrible return policy and a dying brand image has really made for a poor shopping experience. Marc needs to close it up until the brand becomes relevant again ☹️

Had the absolute best experience here. They had great customers service. Very attentive and helpful when addressing my concerns. Would definitely come back for future purchases.

I had an issue with a gift I had received and Benito and his fellow staff were incredible. He made sure that I loved my new purse! He was patient and kind when I took up a chunk of his afternoon. I am a bit of a fussy shopper and he made the experience at Marc Jacobs fantastic!! Excellent products and phenomenal staff make for a wonderful day!

Visited this store 4/27/24, as my sister was interested in a tote. Upon entering no one greeted us. I shop luxury often, mostly in Paris and Milan, so this was quite shocking. It’s bizarre to me that individuals who work on commission wouldn’t be more helpful. I personally do not shop Marc Jacobs, and likely never will due to this experience.
