  Giving the store team 0 stars. Terrible return policy and a dying brand image has really made for a poor shopping experience. Marc needs to close it up until the brand becomes relevant again ☹️

  Awesome store, great crew, just so much fun merchandise!!!! Been there 2x. Travel from far. Definitely worth it!!! Will continue going there.

  I visited the store hoping to purchase a tote bag for my daughter, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the empty store, I was met with indifference from the three employees present - not a single greeting or acknowledgement. Despite my clear efforts to inquire about the item my daughter wanted, my queries went completely unnoticed. Frustrated, I ultimately ended up finding the desired bag at Nordstrom instead.
