  Giving the store team 0 stars. Terrible return policy and a dying brand image has really made for a poor shopping experience. Marc needs to close it up until the brand becomes relevant again ☹️

  Awesome store, great crew, just so much fun merchandise!!!! Been there 2x. Travel from far. Definitely worth it!!! Will continue going there.

  Michelle was extremely kind helpful and professional she made shopping for Christmas so easy and fast the cashier woman (forgot her name) was also extremely kind and professional they already had my gift boxed and ready with no issues ! Really enjoyed my experience shopping here !

  Had the absolute best experience here. They had great customers service. Very attentive and helpful when addressing my concerns. Would definitely come back for future purchases.

  I never usually leave reviews, but the other day I went in because I was curious about their bags and Neiman’s didn’t have much in stock from the brand. The sales person was clearly hungry for a sale, the interaction felt uncomfortable and like they were trying to upsell me the whole time. I’m used to shopping luxury but the customer service was unprofessional and pushy. They were dressed sloppy too, it was just a strange experience because I thought Marc Jacobs was a respectable brand. I didn’t expect to see it run by teenagers who clearly don’t have much customer service experience.
