I don’t know if this is how things are at Lululemon stores now—talking to customers while chewing gum. What I want is a solution to the problem, not eye-rolling and gum-chewing.

A simple exchange met with cold energy and them trying to charge me $9 for the exchange. Super disappointing. One woman in the whole place was kind to me. I was head to toe dressed in Lulu 😂 clearly a loyal customer. I was considering buying more but I’m glad I didn’t.

Rather shop online and return the items I didn’t work rather than shop at this location. -Aggressively greeted in passing when entering the store - the sales associate didn’t even look at my direction. -looking for pants in men’s wall and sales associates just having casual conversation not approaching / helping me when I needed help finding a style and size. -sales associate didn’t know products when requesting help in the fitting room and brought me the wrong style when I requested a different size. when a different sales associate took over the fitting room, they never followed up Don’t expect any quality customer service at this location.
