He took so much time explaining different things to me and went out of his way to get not one but two items for me. He was so great I’ll actually look for him to help me next time I go in there. I left super impressed!

The store refused the return because the paper tags had been removed, even though I had the original tags with me. The salesperson was rude and dismissive. This is a customer-unfriendly return policy and a frustrating shopping experience. I will think twice before shopping here again.

I don’t know if this is how things are at Lululemon stores now—talking to customers while chewing gum. What I want is a solution to the problem, not eye-rolling and gum-chewing.

A simple exchange met with cold energy and them trying to charge me $9 for the exchange. Super disappointing. One woman in the whole place was kind to me. I was head to toe dressed in Lulu 😂 clearly a loyal customer. I was considering buying more but I’m glad I didn’t.
