  I never want to leave a bad review for a place because I know how impactful it is but after reading other customers experiences I felt like I needed to share. I also went into the Oakbrook store location looking for an item that is solely sold online. The staff inside did not make me feel welcome and I was met with rudeness. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them as the only customer in the store. Customer service is a driving factor for overall experience with named jewelry brands. I don't own anything from Gorjana to leave a review on the jewelry quality but disappointed with my in store experience. Doesn't feel like they deserve my business now...

  Service has been fine but the rings are not worth the price. The “gold” flakes off very easily. For the prices they charge shouldn’t happen.

  I love gorjana jewelry, but unfortunately my in-store experience was disappointing. The staff did not feel welcoming and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service really impacts the overall experience, especially at a brand like this. I hope this location can improve, but based on my visit, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
