  I’m giving this location a bad review because, although I’ve purchased jewelry here several times, the staff have consistently been unwelcoming and unfriendly. I purchased a gold necklace that eventually tarnished despite taking proper care of it, including removing it before showering and swimming. When I visited the Oakbrook location to ask if they offered cleaning services, the response was very rude and I was simply told to use the cloth that came with the necklace. A few weeks later, I visited the Gorjana location in downtown Naperville, where the staff were much more welcoming and helpful. I was planning to purchase a similar necklace as a replacement because I loved my original one. When the employee noticed the tarnished necklace, she offered to replace it with a brand-new one free of charge. I was surprised, especially after the response I received at the Oakbrook location, since I assumed the same policies would apply. Overall, the difference in customer service was disappointing, and I would not recommend or purchase from the Oakbrook location again.

  Had a great experience yesterday! Popped in the store in an attempt to get my girlfriend something nice, and I’m not a big jewelry shopper. The staff welcomed me in with smiles and were very knowledgeable guides. Got the perfect necklace for the lady thanks to their help :) definitely going back for future gifts

  The worst customer service ever! The women there are not nice. Naperville has the most exceptional service. Highly recommend that store over oak brook

  Love the jewelry but the employees at this location are something else. They’re rude and they make sure you feel unwelcome. Naperville location is and will continue to my go to, will not be returning to this location
