Once I arrived in the store, Aaron greeted me and assisted me with all of the items I needed. I left with a pair of loafers, inserts & blister protection. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. To spite the fact that I only needed to purchase a pair of laces for my vintage Doc Marten boots, they were both helpful and attentive. It was really nice of them to show interest in my boots. I especially enjoyed chatting with them about how I shine my boots. Their kindness and professionalism made my day. Keep up the great work!
