  So I got a call from Hacik with CD Peacock for the watch my wife wanted for quite a long while a Rolex Oyster Perpetual (she had two preferences in color) one was in 36mm in the pastel lavender. We had almost given up.. It had been a while since my wife and I went in and spoke with Hacik and tried a display model on. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and just totally wonderful! We waited patiently as much as we could so much so we almost completely forgot. We had almost given up, but Hacik is a true gem and remembered us! MY wife had no idea and was absolutely ecstatic over the moon. From the moment Hacik met us he was gracious, kind, caring, and just completely wonderful. Truly a very special person! Thank you so much! The watch is absolutely stunning thanks Hacik and CD Peacock you made our dreams come true! Marc and Agata!

  We walked in a month ago just to see my dream watch. My wife and I had a great time chatting with Cindy. From the start Cindy took the time to show us several watches and patiently addressed our questions. I shared with her that I had been looking for my first Rolex and how amazing it would be to have it for a very important event at the end of this month. An event I had been working very hard on for over a year. She was very clear on the fact that it was going to take a miracle for the watch to be available on time for the event... today I went to pick it up. I cannot believe it. Cindy made it happen! I wish I could rate my experience 10 stars.

  Typical. Isn't rule one of sales to never assume a customers intentions? They sized me up like sharks and assumed I wouldn’t buy a watch. When I left my house this morning, I considered whether to dress business casual or normal Sunday relaxed attire. I chose relaxed casual to see if they’d treat me any differently and sure enough I was spot on. I wore black jeans and black shirt and wore my favorite Seiko all on purpose. I wanted my first Tudor. After waiting about 20 minutes and being stared at by multiple Tudor staff, security being totally ignored and literally sized up, I laughed. I eventually asked for help. The Asian woman assisted me, no greeting, she looked shocked when I shook her hand and introduced myself. She then starts coughing all over the case and in her hands. Disgusting… I told her I wanted to purchase a Black Bay 54 in lagoon blue. She leads me to the watch case and showed a Black Bay 54 in the standard Tudor blue. I corrected her- "oh sorry, the Black Bay 54 in lagoon blue please". She smiled and said, “oh that one very limited,” then said nothing more. I replied, “yes… I know, I'd like to purchase one,” and she mentioned a one-year wait. She went silent again as we get into an awkward stare. She then explained that Tudor is expensive and made by Rolex, like I’m a child. I cannot express to you how much this lady ticked me off. She spoke to me like I’m uneducated. Thanks for telling me something I already know. And no, the watch I fully intended to purchase to celebrate my first substantial bonus is not expensive for me. What a joke that lady is. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly, I don’t see myself coming back here if she represents the store. I’ll never buy a watch from this ignorant woman. All she had to say is “of course sir, that is a beautiful watch, but it does come with a wait, we can explore other watch options in the store or we can get you on a list” That’s all she had to say! Short, respectful, honest and helpful. It would’ve been perfect! But who am I right? Hahaha! The Swatch staff is more helpful than her. I’ve had better customer service from the watch stands in Mexico City and Indonesia.

  I can’t say enough great things about the team at CD Peacock Oakbrook. I was fortunate enough to be invited to their Tudor event today, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I also walked away with my 7th timepiece from CD Peacock, this time a beautiful Tudor. Ruby and Stella have always made every visit feel personal. Their level of service, attention to detail, and genuine interest in building a relationship with their clients is something you just don’t find everywhere. At this point, walking into CD Peacock feels less like visiting a jewelry store and more like catching up with people I genuinely enjoy seeing. Alex, the Tudor representative, was equally fantastic. His knowledge, passion for the brand, and personality made the event and the purchase that much more enjoyable. Seven watches later, there’s a reason I continue coming back. It’s not simply about the watches. It’s the people, the relationships, and the way you’re treated every single time you walk through the door. A huge thank you to Ruby, Stella, Alex, and the entire CD Peacock Oakbrook team for another incredible experience. You’ve earned a customer for life.

Approximately 15 months ago, I registered my interest in two timepieces: the black-dial Rolex Cosmograph Daytona and the Rolex GMT-Master II “Zombie.” After a long wait, I had the pleasure of connecting with Ms. Poppy Rahman, and from that moment forward, the experience was truly remarkable. Ms. Poppy welcomed me with a warm and gracious smile, carefully reviewed my account, and assured me that she would do her very best to help. Remarkably, she contacted me the following week with the wonderful news that the GMT-Master II in Oystersteel and yellow gold, was available for me.
