All the staff are very helpful and kind. Matthew was working the Fitting Rooms and went above and beyond to help people, including my teenage kids. (And let’s face it: teenagers are often kind of ignored or eyed with suspicion). But he was so professional and even went back on the floor to get another style of pant, etc. We got lots of great back-to-school fits and received exemplary service from Rosendo at checkout as well. Thanks so much!

Do NOT shop here! Unfortunately, the return policy is very harsh and allows NO understanding for extreme circumstances. All employees were polite but utterly unwilling to accept a return that was 1 week over the maximum. I even found a defective item and asked if we could do an exchange: 1 pair of defective shorts for the three that did not fit my daughter. No luck! By the way, every single pair of shorts in the “curvy shortie” pile has a defect, with one leg hemmed shorter than the other by over 1/2 inch. Bring your ruler—it should get you a discount! I will not shop at AE or Aerie ever again.

I entered the store and the girls working already seemed to be bothered by me being there. They were chitchatting while folding clothes I went over to find some jeans and picked some up to see and I didn’t like them so I put them back I folded them the best I could. They looked at me with such disgust and looked back at each other and started laughing and said something under their breath. I’m about the same age so I get it talking to a friend and someone coming in to give you more work sucks but I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and judged that I ended up leaving and ordering online because at the end of the day I just wanted some cute jeans.

Came to exchange 2 pairs of jeans for my son, they opened late, watched a few of us standing outside. A girl walks up unlocks doors & walks away, as soon as you enter they give you an attitude as if you're inconveniencing them. Hire business minded individuals, not these young children. Complained to Jasmin, that was pointless as she immediately got defensive. You lost my business completely. You forgot customers should be a priority and without us, you wouldn't be around. No wonder American Eagle is closing stores down... DO BETTER!
