  My first time stepping in a Alo store and the service from the time I walked in, tried on clothes and even check out was a great experience. Everyone was personable and attentive. Good job ladies

  The manager at this store, Angela, has no business being in the customer service industry. We brought in a defective sweatshirt to exchange and she was very unhelpful. She clearly does not value customer service. What a disappointing experience since these sweatshirts are $100+. Will probably purchase ALO products again, but not from that store. Wouldn't want a dime of my money going towards their commission!

  I felt very disappointed today April 12th during my visit. As I entered the store I noticed that the girl upfront did not greet us. Whereas the white people behind us got greeted immediately. You should not hire racist people.

  I’m a strong believer if you have time to leave a bad review for terrible service, you should have that same energy for superior service. I visited the store and immediately Arianna greeted me and asked what I needed. She called to the back to see if my size was available and searched all over the store to locate another item. I then went to try on the outfits and Amy was managing the dressing room. She was absolutely the sweetest and even paired the outfit I was trying on with the Alo shoes. Definitely didn’t come for those but she won me over. She even brought items she thought I’d like and each piece was something I’d wear. Those 2 young ladies provided some of the best customer service I have had in recent days. Thank you Arianna and Amy!
