When it was time to pay they weren’t going to wrap my three gifts because the store was now closed even though I was there before closing time and had to wait. I said I wont be shopping there again and they finally agreed to wrap them. I was totally surprised they would say that to a customer.

They went out of their way to find just the right gift. Then when I was leaving I asked if I could buy an envelope. The owner not only gave me an envelope but the postage to cover the gift.
