  This place is terrible—starting with the service. On the second floor, the staff doesn't even provide proper guidance. I went with my family intending to spend over $5,000, but we left due to the poor service; they don't even have shopping carts.

  Assistant manager was terrible. Came here with my sisters and mom for a Mother's Day photoshoot. The lady who took our photos was the assistant, didn't catch her name but she's got matted dirty blonde hair and is short. In between shots she was frequently on her phone and rushed our set which was MAYBE 10 minutes when last time we were here with a different photographer who was very nice and funny and took her time, excellent customer service. She took maybe 15 photos with some of us blinking or not smiling yet. Obviously we were not happy with the outcome and she had a VERY NASTY attitude saying she can't redo them because they're completely booked for the rest of the day AT THE SAME TIME her coworker was on the phone with a reservation who was running late. We just wanted a couple pictures redone as we were absolutely NOT going to pay $370+ for overall horribly taken photos. It seemed as though she was rushing us to get out of her face and it almost came off as price gouging as we did not pay that much last time we came. Super disrespectful woman who was rude to my mother on a day where we came to celebrate her. If you come here, make sure you do NOT have this disgrace of an employee as your photographer. We ended up not paying for any photos as they came out terrible and we endured an overall miserable experience. That woman ruined our Mother's Day outing. Next up will be calling corporate!

  I went on Monday 13th of April, yesterday, was looking for wrist watch ,the lady at jewelry, was so pleasant and check the prices ,for me ,but didn't have what I wanted ,so I was looking for house slippers, she directed me where to go ,very professional, nice lady , I get to where the slippers are at you had what I want, I like the ones ,all of them marked down ,some Levi one ,my size large was in torn up box ,same color , x - large, small ones where on sale ,went to check out ,the lady at counter ,was trying to charge me ,3 times what was mark down , I ask her why these not mark down ,her response was that's the price ,instead of finding out the true price ,she make me feel like I was lying ,why was she being so unprofessional, and why she had hatred towards me ,I told her I'm not buying them ,I walked out

  I hade a very bad experience some of the workers are very racist here I Purchase a ring and the original prices was on the ring not the sale price so I asked the cashier how much is the ring She rang it up and told me the ring is 270. I said OK so once I paid the 270 and she tells me That it comes with a lifetime warranty when she said it comes with a lifetime warranty I'm thinking that it's free because she's telling me the ring is 270 and it comes with a lifetime warranty. No the ring was on sale for $200 and the lifetime warranty was $70 which she did not explain to me very very misleading I truly don't know why she did that let my make that decision not up to her ! I guess because I’m black she feels she can do whatever she likes

  Worst store policy ever. I have purchased some items with rewards points as well as cash. Unfortunately some of the items did not fit my child, so I was forced to return it. I was then told that all of my rewards have now disappeared and I have to be a "100% sure before I purchase anything to use my rewards points". Money that I had as rewards have now became nonexistent.
