  I went in to ask about repairing a necklace. I was first told it wasn’t worth fixing and to buy a new one, then told to come back in an hour because he might be able to repair it. When I returned three hours later, he hadn’t looked at it and asked me to come back yet again. When I declined, he became upset and practically threw the necklace back at me. To make matters worse, he also commented that he “liked my jeans,” which felt inappropriate. I only have one day off and could have gone elsewhere for the repair. This was disappointing, especially given the store’s good reputation.

  Fabulous! Laury designed my engagement ring. It is so beautiful that I had to tell 10 friends. One of them came in from Texas and bought an engagement ring for his fiance. They also ordered wedding bands and are very pleased with their choices and customer service. My husband and I make Candlelight Jewelers a destination for all of our holiday, anniversary, "Just Because I Love You" and other gifts.

  Laury was absolutely incredible. Candlelight jewelers was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. I could not have been more happy with my decision to go to Laury. From the first time discussing what I wanted in regards to an engagement ring for my girlfriend he was extremely helpful. I was able to describe sort of the type of diamond that I wanted and my budget. I was then able to see a couple lose diamonds and my sister helped pick the right one. Then we went through the setting and the stones on the setting are incredible. After this I even choose the metal of the prong, I felt very involved in the process and felt as if I had created this incredible ring. Lastly I received some 3D images of what the ring would look like before he started making it for me. My girlfriend was ecstatic when she received it and all our friends and family have been raving about it. We are most definitely customers for life. Thanks Laury!
