For how many times I bring in name brand items + brands I know they accept, I’m always told it’s out of style or it’s not the “name brand”. Yet I’m seeing clothes from 2014 on the main racks. I can bring in 5 bags of clothes to sell and make $0. Do better.

Complete waste of time! Better off selling on depop or some online shop! They won’t buy your clothes or what there offering isn’t worth the trade. Never again

The store seemed pleasant enough until you walk in a bit more then it smells strongly of pot.
Then I check out and the cashier made a mistake, no worries it happens. He then insisted that I pay again and he will refund me the cost. Nope. The transaction went thru and I showed him my bank app showing it went thru. He still insisted on charging me again. I asked for a refund, because it was going on 15 minutes of him not letting me leave with the items I paid for. He told me he can’t refund me. But yet he continued to assure me if he charges me again, he will just refund that second one. I have NO idea the logic in that. He was willing on taking more of my money and then possibly waiting 5-7 days to see a refund. In the end, it made zero sense he he finally understood the transaction did go thru in the first place. Will never step foot in that place again

I will not go back to this location to sell or to purchase. This is the second time that I have went and it’s a complete waste of my time I Walk In and Anthony the sales rep behind the door, which it is 6 o’clock when I walked in. They do not close until 9 PM. Immediately is trying to steer me away from selling because another customer before me had just dropped off multiple bags once I stated that I would be back before the pick up time with no rush no problem after he stated I’d be waiting an hour and a half which I still stated no problem. He then looks at my basket, which Had a black garbage bag in it so he could not see what was in the black garbage bag and said oh we are not taking dresses or Robert is majority of your stuff dresses or rompers. I said you just don’t wanna take my stuff at this point because it seems like you really just don’t wanna do your job horrible customer service.

The manager who first helped me, appeared to have an attitude beccause i was waiting. She unfolded all the clothes she didn't want and left the pile for me to deal with. Didn't bother to explain to me what she was doing. Never again. Not worth it. I'll find the nearest shelter and donate to them. To think I have a shopping bag full of Fabletics I forgot to bring in. Someone at the 2nd hand store will score.
