Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
I have been shopping here for so long but my past few visits have really upset me. The people at the cash registers are always so kind, but the rest of the staff has always been so rude. I am a larger girl and they will deliberately avoid even saying hello to me or help me. But when a skinner person walks in they help them. I thought I was making it up in my head but even my mom noticed that they will purposely avoid helping me look for my L-XL size clothing. As a teenager that is very upsetting to see and I don’t want anyone to be treated differently because of how they look and that is how I have felt many times in the store including today. I really hope this changes.

The Location in Naperville is beyond the worst, especially the manager Jess. Very harassing and ignorant. She needs to remember she works for a corporation not her self. So if she continues to act ignorant to customers then that means her staff will too?

I had an outstanding experience today(03/09/2026) at the Lululemon store thanks to Stacy. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. Stacy took the time to show me different colors and styles of pants, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
What really stood out was how warm, friendly, and professional she was. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit and style. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Called yesterday and they said we can do a quality exchange. Drive 1 hr to this location just for them to say no and give me only 20 dollar gift card for 2 scubas. Other locations and they always say yes.
