  Wonderful selection of engagement & wedding rings. The staff is very professional and personal. Annabella was amazing! She made Al and I feel so special! Very knowledgeable. We wanted to make sure when we picked up our rings that she finished the transaction so we could personally thank her for her services. I'll for sure be back at James & Sons' for any future purchases.

  My fiancé and I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with James and Sons. We had been looking for our wedding bands for a while and we walked in to the store on a whim, where Annabella was there to assist us through the entire process. Annabella is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone looking for jewelry for any occasion.

  Stopped by James & Sons in Naperville yesterday to check out the Rolex Sea Dweller 43 and had a great experience! Marty was awesome. He let me try on the watch and answered all of my questions. We ended up chatting about my wife and me, and when I mentioned we have a YouTube channel, he was genuinely interested and even took a few minutes to check out some of our videos. He also asked what brought me in, and I told him I was celebrating reaching 100,000 subscribers. That personal touch really stood out. Before I left, Marty added me to the interest list for the Sea Dweller. Thanks again, I look forward to doing business with y’all! -Sufian (George)

  Made the trip from Chicago with my husband to put his name on the waitlist for a Rolex GMT as a graduation gift for completing USAF pilot training, and the visit was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, Amanda welcomed us and guided us through the entire process. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and kind throughout our visit. We’re definitely looking forward to hearing back from her and purchasing from James & Sons!

  My husband and I brought in a piece of jewelry to James & Sons that was donated to sell and give the proceeds to our charity organization. Jimmy Sunderland was amazing work with. He spent a lot of time explaining to me about the ring and was very thoughtful, generous, professional and fair in his price. I also brought in a few rings to be repaired. They came back perfect. Every employee is courteous and friendly. This is a jewelry company we trust and will be getting mine and my husband’s business going forward.
