  I had an exceptional experience working Amanda during my recent visit. From the start, she took a truly consultative approach, asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and guiding me toward exactly what I was looking for. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process feel enjoyable rather than transactional, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was her level of service. Amanda was extremely responsive, attentive to detail, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. At no point did I feel pressured, she struck the perfect balance of being helpful without ever being pushy or overly sales-driven. This was my first purchase with them, and it definitely won’t be my last. I’m already looking forward to working with Amanda again to pick out the next piece. Highly recommend!

  I just picked up my late dad's 1980s Rolex Datejust from James & Sons after having links added to the bracelet. Overall, I was very happy with the whole experience, communication and now being able to wear this watch again. I got to work with Ryan who I found to be extremely professional, friendly and overall just a great guy to stop and chat about watches with. Looking forward to doing more business with them and would highly recommend working with Ryan.

  Gracie is truly a gem. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and knows watches inside and out, but what really stood out was how kind and thoughtful she was throughout the entire experience. Her recommendations were spot on, and she genuinely took the time to understand my preferences. I’ve bought watches from several ADs, but this felt different. For me, it’s always about the experience~and she made it truly special. The way she guided me to pick the watch and helped me celebrate my birthday meant a lot. I’m really grateful. She is one of the most lovely people I’ve met, and I would highly recommend visiting James & Sons Fine Jewelers and asking for her.
