  We went in today for an insurance appraisal and Jimmy was fantastic. He took the time to tell us about our jewelry and made sure that the appraisal was extremely thorough. Not only was he knowledgeable, you can tell he is very passionate about the work that he does. I can’t wait to return for future jewelry purchases! The whole staff was very welcoming, and the store is spotless.

Her communication, attention to detail, and genuine care made this one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.   I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ricardo at James & Sons. He and the team are very knowledgeable and open about their watch inventory. In the past, I’ve also had a watch serviced there and was impressed with how their team communicates. If you want an established jeweler with a great selection and solid watch line they are the best in the Chicagoland area.

  The entire store is so welcoming, they remember who you are at each visit and make it personable. There is no uncomfortable pushing to make a sale. They’re just genuinely happy to help you or answer your questions. Amanda is amazing as well. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect set of earring for my birthday. She shipped them from the other location, kept me up to date and make the whole process seamless.
