- MMMirandaMay 10, 20261.0I wanted to order something special for my sister since it was her first Mother’s Day so I got the deluxe celebration arrangement and paid the extra $84.98 for a bouquet to be delivered with it… her order wasn’t delivered until 7:42 pm, which fine, whatever. Mildly irritating but it’s a popular day and she obviously wasn’t the only order. However, she didn’t get her flowers. I call the shop at 7:45 pm and the lady tells me she didn’t get her bouquet because they ran out of flowers… that would’ve been nice to know… she tells me she’ll call me back in 2 minutes and hangs up. Never did. So I call back about 15 minutes later and the same lady answers the phone. I tell her I just want a refund and she tells me she’s not able to do that but she wrote my name and number down for the manager to contact me in the morning. I ask for her name so I can make sure to note who I spoke with but she of course mumbles it so I can’t hear and we hang up. I understand it’s a busy day but I believe communication is key with customers and I absolutely should’ve been contacted when they got to my order and saw they weren’t going to be able to fulfill it correctly. Hopefully I actually hear from the manager and get my refund.
