I was shopping for men's shoes. what's the fortunate to find a few pairs of what I was looking for

When someone else finally answered the phone, I asked how fast their turnaround was for the ‘pickup at location’. The extremely rude woman said “she had no idea & there is NO WAY to know!” What!? That makes zero sense. I work in retail. You give the customer a ‘guesstimate’. She could not get off the phone fast enough. I wish I had gotten her name!! I am going to rethink placing my order at this location & drive farther for my purchase or find another store completely!! I do not like leaving bad reviews. But if I was the manager at this store, I would want to know what my customers are saying & fix the problem-people!! I am not the first person leaving a review of awful experiences at this Naperville location.

Seems their systems don't match-up with Shipt's data and they can't do anything. Shipt will handle it on their end due to DSW's lack of complete partnership. Other than that, the store generally has what we're looking for.

The price is not always discount though. The selection is not always the best but is good enough for a discount warehouse. It’s hit and miss.
