I asked employee SOFIA and let me tell you she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find the boot!! Not even 5 min she came back with them in her hands! THANK YOU SO MUCH SOFIA!!!! FOR YOUR TIME,PATIENCE & HELP YOURE THE BEST! ❤️

Instead of being greeted, the manager (Gino) immediately said, “We’re closing in 15 minutes,” with no hello or smile. It felt rude and unwelcoming. Within minutes, we were reminded multiple times that they were closing, which made us feel rushed out, even though other customers were still shopping. The manager followed us while we were browsing and pointed out items we were already basically standing next to. The cashier was kind, but overall the customer service was poor. The doors were locked behind me at 7:49 PM, before closing time. I’ve worked in customer service and know how important delivery is. This experience was disappointing, especially as a paying customer. After this interaction we will be buying boots elsewhere.
