  Honestly, everything about this store is terrible. I tried to return a pair of sneakers—which had never actually been worn and had just been sitting in the box the whole time—but they claimed the shoes were worn and refused the return. Then they brought out a different pair in a larger size and tried to convince me *those* were the worn ones. The staff there are so unprofessional. On top of that, they said they could only issue a refund via a gift card—claiming the shoes were worn—instead of refunding the original card. What?! They shouldn't sell items that aren't in proper condition in the first place, only to give you a hard time when you try to return them.

  Great store with a lot of helpful employees. Great selection of clothing, idk why it’s say women clothing store but they also sell a great amount of male clothes.

  Had the best experience at this Alo. The young lady helping us was so sweet and personable. The Alo in San Antonio TX is cramped and they need more room. Also they are snooty. It was refreshing to shop at Naperville Alo. Thank you!

  I am extremely disappointed with Alo. I placed an online order on May 6, and on May 12 I received an email saying my package had been delivered — but I never received it. I spent days trying to contact customer service and could not get through. I also sent text messages and emails, but nobody ever responded to me. After more than a week, I finally spoke with a representative named Pamela. She promised to reorder everything and send me a confirmation email, but I never received any email, phone call, update, or response afterward. I even went to the Alo store in Naperville hoping they could help me, but they told me that because the order was placed online, customer service had to handle the issue. Unfortunately, I still never received any real help or resolution. This order was for my son, and we were both waiting for this package for a long time. The entire experience has been stressful, upsetting, and extremely frustrating. Terrible customer service, no communication, and no responsibility for missing orders. I expected much better from Alo. I will definitely think twice before ordering from this company again.
