- DFDennis FeistSep 6, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Went in to look at buying a new pistol and woman asked if I needed help. Told her yes I wanted to look at a pistol. She laughed and left. I thought she was going to get someone. I waited and then asked another employee. She said it was the woman who was supposed to help me, but she left the store. She wasn't sure when she would be back. Worst customer service experience ever. As a side note it was 100 degrees outside and this store has no air conditioning. I will never go to one of these stores again.
- KKKool KidAug 19, 20261.0Was waiting on someone to help unlock something, ended up leaving after waiting 25 minutes
- HHhoboninja2222Aug 18, 20261.0Went in looking for hiking boots, found a pair I liked, they didn't have them out would have to be grabbed from the back. Nobody in the store to be found besides the manager which kept paging A person named Tye, never showed up, went back to the manager that was stocking and she paged again. Didn't show up again. Decided to leave, saw him outside talking to someone in a vehicle. Won't come back.
- TRteodoro rodriguezJul 25, 20265.0I went in looking for a folding chair , and although it did not have a tag, there was a young man in their last name of Williams, who would not give up in assisting in finding the price for this chair. I was very pleased on all the effort and How quickly he assumed responsibility. Not many young men show that much effort thank you, Dunhams her hiring someone who take responsibility So many stores lack this.
- KKkaseyJun 21, 20261.0Went in to get one box of ammo. They had it in stock, just needed someone to unlock it so I could purchase it. Was told by the manager that she had to do a truck order real quick and would be back to get it out for me. Waited 45 minutes and left. Very disappointed and wasted time.
