- PRP RMar 27, 20261.0Placed an order online for a specific item. Called the store and confirmed the color requested was available as I would be making a special trip just for the item. The store rep said the color was available and would place it with our order. When I went to pick it up it was a different color. I asked the cashier if it could be switched to the requested color as per the discussion with the sales rep earlier and she said it couldn't. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and it couldn't be done. She had poor manners and I was dismayed at her lack of empathy, understanding, and manners. I would definitely recommend going to a different DSW location.
