This dispensary has hit an all time low for me. This place was 5 stars for so long. Then, corporate enacted policies that made this place very frustrating to keep going to. I spoke with the GM about it and took time to think about the 2 star review I wrote. I decided after a week to take it down and give this place another chance. After what just happened tonight, that's it! I've spent an average of $600-$800 a week here. Now, I don't want to step foot in the door ever again. I was rushed to the hospital for a major injury. I placed an order to have my friend pick up. They know who I am and started to give my friend a hard time to switch up the order. I kept saying I don't know how and the manager who has known me well over a year, would not assist at all. This is ridiculous. I'm tired of being treated like garbage. I can go on about all the negatives of this place, but it's not worth it. I'll pay more to not deal with this individual again. I'm stunned this person wouldn't just help my friend and I figure this out.

Went there because it was close to where I live. Jess, Charlie, Mia and Max were very friendly In the welcoming when I came through the door. I asked questions about the product and what I was looking for and they made very good recommendations. I will definitely be shopping there more often.

I've been shopping here since its opening back in I wanna say 2023/2024. I wouldn't go to any other dispo if you have Dutchess as an option. From brand quality to prices, to the immense hospitality of the employees, Dutchess Morton Grove is your best option for thc products and paraphernalia. Come here for the best prices, products, and customer hospitality.

Best prices in town! On top of that, every time I walk in, I immediately feel welcomed. Huge shoutout to James, Evan, Mathew, and Mica! Anytime I come in and they’re working, they’re always quick to greet me, ask if I need help, and make sure I’m taken care of. Great prices, great service, and an awesome staff. Definitely recommend this place!
