  I had an excellent experience at Dutchess Cannabis! Mathew and Miles were absolutely outstanding — they were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Their customer service truly stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I also want to give a special shoutout to Charlie and Alex for their excellent service and friendly attitude. The entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dispensary. Highly recommend Dutchess Cannabis, especially Mathew and Miles!

  Had an amazing experience at Duchess Cannabis today! Matthew, Phoebe, and Liz were all fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely took the time to walk me through everything without any pressure. It's clear this team knows their stuff and actually cares about getting customers the right products for what they're looking for. The whole visit felt easy and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot if you want a team that treats you well and knows what they're talking about. Will definitely be back!
