  A really well run dispensary, the customer service was great. I wanna say the guy’s name was Matthew that helped me with my order and checked my out, helped me with questions I had. Will be coming here again.

  How do 10+ people call to check what time this location closes, which over the phone and on the website it says 9pm— we showed up and it’s a bunch of pissed angry people. We sat from 8:24 till 9pm bc it said it closed at 9. The workers cars still there lights still on. Calls going to voice messages now. I genuinely feel bad for the morning shift who’s definitely going to get the backend of that tomorrow smh and I love Dutchess. This is my only issue I HATE false advertising.

  They use a horrible system that lets you place an order online, it sends you a notification that the order was received, and then when you arrive they can’t find your order or anything under your account. The fact that they couldn’t find my order at all was disappointing. Get it together, and don’t waste people’s time.

  Dutchess in Morton Grove is my go-to dispensary with great prices, awesome selection, and a super clean space. Amit was incredibly helpful, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and pointed me to exactly the right product. Highly recommend asking for him when you stop in!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I can’t recommend Dutchess Cannabis in Morton Grove enough. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is completely different from other dispensaries, it genuinely feels like you’re being welcomed by family. The atmosphere is always upbeat, full of laughs, and just an overall great energy that makes every visit enjoyable. Huge shoutout to Grofo, Phoebe, and Charlie they are hands down the best. They take the time to actually listen to what you’re looking for and make recommendations that are spot on every time. You can tell they really know their stuff, whether you’re experienced or brand new. They break things down in a way that’s easy to understand and never make you feel rushed or pressured. What really stands out is how consistent the experience is. Every time I go, I leave in a better mood than when I walked in. It’s rare to find a place where customer service, knowledge, and a welcoming environment all come together this well. If you’re looking for a dispensary where you’re treated like more than just a customer, this is the spot. Highly recommend checking them out, you won’t be disappointed.💯
