Be careful of buying through there eBay live auctions. I bid and won a coin at a low price, and they swapped the coin on live video. I purchased a 1914-s and received a lower value 1911 which was values at about 20.00 less than the one I bid on. UPDATE: To clarify the owner’s response: all contact was initiated through eBay messages before this review was posted, and the owner chose not to respond. After reviewing the case, eBay stepped in and arranged a full return for the item. Seeing other recent reviews reporting the exact same pattern - receiving lower-value/wrong coins instead of what was won in live auctions and being ignored or accused when trying to resolve it - shows this is not an isolated incident. My original warning stands: exercise caution with their live auctions.

Went to sell jewelry. Took them while to even help with 3 or 4 ppl standing there. The older man who "helped" me was pissy when I asked him what he would give me for the lot. He then became rude and patronizing we'll you don't know what you want! I went to them for assistance on this as this is their BUSINESS! He was very unprofessional. This was my first, and last time going there. I left even more frustrated then when I walked in.

I was drawn in by the businesse's claim of "paying top dollar for scrap gold/silver." I was disappointed to find that their definition was grossly exaggerated. 55 percent of the spot price, to be exact. I've been treated better buy pawn shops, which are supposed to be the "worst place" to sell scrap silver.
