    Good store, at least they have shoes you can actually try on. Wish they had more premium style Nikes & Jordan's in stock.

    A DSW employee truly made my day. I’ll admit, I walked into the store pretty frustrated. I’ve worn the same shoe size since I was a teenager, so when I ordered two pairs of work shoes online and couldn’t even get my feet into them, it was incredibly disappointing. Sizing should be consistent - an inch is an inch! - yet women’s sizes seem to vary so much, and it’s frustrating every time. I came into the store planning to simply return both pairs. The associate who helped me was so friendly and asked if I wanted to look around or try to find a replacement instead of doing a straight return. I wasn’t planning on it, but I really did need work shoes, so I decided to take a quick look, and I’m glad I did. I immediately found a pair in my usual size that worked perfectly even though it wasn’t the same style I originally ordered. Since it wasn’t an even exchange, I had to do a return and a separate purchase. That’s when things could have gotten stressful, because I was completely unprepared. I didn’t have my payment on me, wasn’t logged into the app, and didn’t have any coupons. Totally my fault! But the associate couldn’t have been more patient or kind. He reassured me while I ran out to my car to grab my card, and when I came back, he even offered to wait while I logged into my account to check for coupons. That small gesture meant so much. Thanks to him, I ended up saving 20% plus an additional $5 - and left with the work shoes I really needed. It’s rare to come across that level of patience and genuine customer care. I left the store feeling relieved and appreciated. I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location. Five stars, DSW! ...and one million stars for your truly stellar employee! Some people just shine brightly!

    Went to exchange a pair of shoes for a size smaller, store clerk told me I was allowed to exchange the shoes, ended up having to buy the same pair of shoes I walked in with again, so i basically had paid to walk in to the store.
