- TTTiesha TriceAug 30, 20261.0I was standing outside the store at 5:49 pm to pick up an outfit that my son had on hold. First of all the so called manage is very unprofessional. He loved the door at least 15 minutes prior to the closing time. Then when I asked for corporate or someone who was in a higher position then him he said I’m not getting his name and I can look up the information. I have seven kids and I spend too much money in a place with rude customer service. They are bar far from friendly. If that rep doesn’t like his job he should apply somewhere else. As an owner of a few businesses I would be highly disappointed if my staff treated my customers in this manner
- SSSellaApr 24, 20261.0African-American lady with some kind of ponytail I don’t know if she had glasses or not. She had a horrible attitude act like she didn’t wanna be at work. She seen me buying some lingerie from there and left the sensor on there. I feel like it was purposely done the way her demeanor was. now I am sitting here, stuck, trying to get it off without ruining the lingerie bad customer service
