  This Dutchess location has some of the best people taking care of their customers. Nini’s recommendations & Rob’s kindness have elevated it from just one of many dispensaries, to my favorite local stop. Best customer service around.

  This was my first time at Dutchess in Lynwood and unfortunately, my experience with an employee named Ruben left me very uncomfortable. When he asked for my ID, the way he handled it made me feel like he was intentionally avoiding touching it. The same thing happened when he handed me my purchase and change—he seemed very deliberate about making sure our hands didn’t touch. I can’t say what his intentions were, and I don’t want to accuse anyone unfairly, but the interaction made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Customer service should make customers feel welcomed and respected, and unfortunately, that wasn’t how I felt during my visit.

  I haven’t been around any of this in a very long time and had a huge worry for anxiety. He took the time to go through what everything meant in the kiosk to help me find a good fit.i have not tried it yet but the whole experience was great and they were all friendly.

  Everyone was so polite and accommodating! They made me feel very comfortable as a 1st time visitor. The concierge at the front desk was very welcoming and offered to have someone walk me through the kiosk process. Another beautiful associate asked great questions and helped me to choose exactly the products that would be best for me. The entire process was quick and easy! Jeff was at the counter with my products ready for me. He asked if I had any further questions and, as with everyone else, wished me a wonderful day. I will definitely recommend the folks at Duchess in Lynwood, IL and visit them again. 😀
