  I stopped by today for the great deal on the Wyld gummies and it was a normal transaction until it came to payment. I frequent other dispensaries all the time and use my debit card occasionally at other establishments. I am aware that they usually round up to the nearest $5 and then have a terminal fee and that’s okay. That is the price I pay for convenience, and that was the fee I had the last time using my debit there. Today, my total was $33 and I used the card. The associate asked if I had used card in their store before and I answered yes. Transaction goes through no problem and the associate says “your change is $6.25” and I just was a little surprised because that was more than my previous charge so I just simply said “oh! You all go up by the 10s here?” Just in a curious manner and the associate snapped back with “Yeah! That’s why I asked you if you knew about the card fee?!” While raising her voice slightly at me. I was taken aback by the sudden mood switch I just walked away with my products confused as to if I had offended her or anything. I hope it’s just her having a bad day but this isn’t the first time I had inconsistent customer service here. I would name her but the receipt doesn’t state her name but she was a paler woman with long dark hair with a heart face tattoo and she was wearing a blue Sherwin-Williams shirt that day. It just rubbed me the wrong way and despite this place being down the street, I will probably be choosing a different dispensary first.

  All good. Jeff dude was quick and efficient also nice guy. They do need to update the website somehow when they have a power outage or something though.Post on FB or something because the site will still let you order but then you drive there to pick it up and can’t because powers out,kinda rubs you the wrong way.Gas like 4 bucks these days.

  I have been going here since I moved back to the south suburbs 4 months ago and the staff is so amazing especially Jay, he greets you with a big warm smile which gives you the sense you spent your money at the right place! His customer service is always A1, he informs you of all the NEW products they have and even let you know how to get deals! Jay and the girl coworker with the tattoos and bar in her right ear (I wish I could remember her name) needs a promotion they bring so much to the business which makes me want to always shop here just to see them. Please keep them around, you guys have a great team 👏🏽
