- KWKatie WyldNov 4, 20241.0Drove 30 mins from schuamburg to this store just to find out its doors are closed at 11:30 on a Monday when they open at 10am. Lights were on and a chick with an afro was at the register. We knocked to see if they will open but all we got was a glance, some sort of a mumble as the glass is thick so you can't hear, and then she looked back down and disregarded there were people at the door. There were no signs on the doors stating they were closed for any reason. I called the store just to talk to a computer that asks if I want an associate to TEXT me. Wth? Unbelievable. So unprofessional

I just brought my daughter there at 10:00 and we stayed till 10:30 waiting in the store still did not open. The lady inside just stared at her and she tried to open the door didn't let her know that they would be opening later or what was going on

The staff was really nice in holding a dress for us as we walked around the mall and she decided if she wanted it. She did. Thanks for be helpful with trying on a "million" dressed. She looked beautiful.
