- LPLiza PageAug 24, 20262.0Windsor is a great store for teen girls to find trendy clothing and dresses at a reasonable price. This review is not about the store itself but about the customer service in particular at the Windsor store in Yorktown Center Mall. My daughter and I went there on a Sunday when the store closes at 6pm. We looked around and were walking to the fitting room to try things on when a young woman employee yelled throughout the store that the fitting rooms are now closed - it was 5:15 - the store did not close for another 45 min. When I inquired about the 6pm closing time and the 5:15 fitting room closing I was answered with a very rude yelling tone that "WE ARE SHORT STAFFED". That was it. The woman then proceeded to very dramatically STOMP around the corner and throughout the store making a show of her apparent frustration. This was very disappointing to travel to a store with intent on buying something only to be turned away 45 min prior to closing. Not to mention the way we were treated. I get that the job there is not easy with all of the customers and all of the things being tried on, but no one deserves that rudeness regardless, and shutting things down 45 min early is simply bad business and terrible customer service. I may be willing to pay more elsewhere after this experience.

I just brought my daughter there at 10:00 and we stayed till 10:30 waiting in the store still did not open. The lady inside just stared at her and she tried to open the door didn't let her know that they would be opening later or what was going on
