  I just visited Last Chance, the store employees do not respect their customers. I spent a lot of my time, found pants that I really liked and as a result they did not sell them to me at the checkout, explaining that the price tag was not correct. I asked to give the correct price, to which they replied that they could not do this and took the item away. I did not put price tags on the goods in the store, so they should be the one checking over the price tags immediately and not take things from people at the checkout. Painful truth is that they just sell quality things with a good price to “their” people, which is not fair to other people. They need to learn to respect all customers equally, and not give special treatment to some!

  Their workers are the worst! They place wrong price tags and then don’t sell them! I am not the one who places the tags, so they should accept their mistakes and sell the items! There been multiple cases that I know that they sold quality items to “their acquaintances” for cheap price! This is special treatment and so unfair to other people! Wasting precious time just not to buy the item! Bs!

  I've been coming here since 2021. There really is no place like Last Chance. I got shirts for $5 that sell for $100+ at Nordstroms. I got towels, bedding, underwear, all for unbelievable prices. The shoe section was out of control. And so were the shoppers. Sad to see they will close September 1. She was here for a good time, and she will be missed ♥️

  Came here yesterday after hearing that this store is unfortunately shutting down, and apparently everyone else had the same idea😂 although it was very busy the staff were very helpful with any questions I had. I went to this glass case with lots of nice watches, bags, and other interesting things and a young woman (forgot what she said her name but possibly started with a a or e) was but she was tall and had brown hair in a braid with bangs)a was very helpful, sweet, and patient(may have been there awhile 😅) even though I took a long time she was helpful and sweet. I wanted to buy a watch but couldn’t decide what to get, she asked some questions about if I liked gold or silver and if I wanted any colors on my watch she then showed a couple watches based off what I told her, she said she also showed me some she thought I would like based off my jewelry I was already wearing, and how much I was willing to spend. She showed me an absolutely BEAUTIFUL watch and I love it. I hope next time I go down there I am helped by her! Much to love about this store, very sad to see it go

  All staff so rude. I don’t live here from Texas. We were greeted immediately with rudeness. My son found shoes with a stain but still wanted them and they told him at the counter could not honor price. Horrible customer service. Don’t ever buy anything from store. Not worth it. All the merchandise is damaged.
