We arrived at 7:30 PM—well before the 8:00 PM closing time—specifically to buy a suit for his dance the following day. When we asked to use the fitting room, an employee named Lilly (and her associate) refused, stating they were closing. Despite me explaining that my son has special needs and just needed a few minutes to ensure the fit, she was incredibly dismissive. When I advocated for him, she eventually gave us a "7-minute limit," and when I explained he doesn't have the "fast ability" to change that quickly due to his needs, her response was simply, "Doesn't matter." It is heartbreaking to have a child’s needs dismissed so coldly. We ended up spending $295 on the suit because my son truly wanted it, and our receipt shows we were checked out by 7:47 PM—thirteen minutes before the store even closed. The lack of compassion and basic customer service here is appalling. I will not be returning if Lilly is still working there!
