  How rare to find a store where the staff is extremely knowledgeable about its products!!! Products shops like i remember from long ago.

  I came in with a shattered long lens (Nikon) looking to either get it repaired or get a new one. Both staff members were quick to examine my lens, and determined that the only broken component was the filter! I'm an avid bird photographer, and one staff member gave me lots of free, detailed advice about the settings he recommended specifically for birding. Their detailed assessment of my lens and shooting advice saved me lots of time and $$. Their policy for bringing in broken gear and fixing it up for you is quite generous, and you can tell the staff here are knowledgeable and will ensure you walk away with impeccably functioning equipment.
