  The customer service I received was horrible. You lost a 20 year customer. You won’t have customers left with such service . Nordstrom Rack sent me girls clothes for a boy which I did not order. If your website states it’s for boys and you send this it’s not the customers fault. They would refund it. The clothes were left at the counter.

  I bought a pair of RayBan sunglasses a few weeks ago , specifically for a wedding I was attending. When I got to the wedding I pulled the sunglasses out and they were not the ones I tried on in store, they were bent and stretched out. When I returned them to the store and told the woman what happened she seemed uninterested. I will not shop at this store again.
