  My experience with Sunglass Hut was extremely disappointing. I spent over $500 on an order and was initially told there was no record of my order, even though my payment had already been processed. The manager was rude and could not explain what happened or provide any answers. Later, I received a call back and suddenly my order was found in the system, but no one could explain how it had gone from not existing to appearing. While I was eventually given a discount, it did not make up for the confusion, poor communication, and lack of accountability. This experience left me with little confidence in the company. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a customer.

  I do not think I have been in a sunglasses hut since the 1980s and today I am glad I did and will be in again in the near future. I came in to ask some questions and get some assistance. I do not live in Joliet area but I was there on errends. Amy, the staff member on duty, was extremely friendly, informative, and not only very well versed about Ray-Ban but what Sunglasses Hut can do that other vendors cannot. Amy was the game changer that has my next purchase in prescription sunglasses shortly be from Sunglasses Hut.

  Been to this location twice and made a purchase both times. Each time the staff was so helpful and kind. Compared to other locations in IL the staff was knowledgeable/knew what they were talking about.

  I ordered a pair of sunglasses online. When I went to pick them up at the store, I was told that they never received it. It was later determined that the package was left outside of the mall and not delivered to the store. The costumer service takes no responsibility, told me to call the carrier. The delivery company said to contact the merchant...No money, no sunglasses, and no help. This is my experience with The Sunglasses Hut! I will never order or buy from them again!

  My sales person was Brianne, she was friendly, attentive, and sharp. You could tell she really knew her stuff. She was able to quickly locate replacement lenses for my wife’s Ray bans from 5 years ago, which are not a common in stock style and the identifier had worn off. Impressed! She was clear and focused on providing me and my wife great customer service. Excellent experience.
