JCM Uniforms of Joliet, IL, was established in 1967 and we provide Police, Fire, EMT, Postal Workers, and private companies with uniforms and other products needed in their specific field. We are a Third Generation Family-Owned and operated small business. All the designing and manufacturing we do on-site. We provide embroidery, heat seals, and all other types of alterations on-site.

First time service went well with t-shirt prints so I decided to invest in another project this time with a different t-shirt design. Was informed after a week of starting second project to pick-up items the following business day due to malfunction issue with their machine. So I did as instructed and arrived today at 3pm which was exactly two hours prior to closing time and the shirts were not complete. I waited patiently for 45 minutes as they were completed. The staff (Jerry) apologized and I accepted and in return received a discount. All in all, as a business owner myself, I believe a person should always stick to the expectation they set for a customer and if the expectation can’t be met, that should be communicated clearly and resolved immediately.
