  Here is a polished version of your review: Writing I had a very unpleasant experience attempting to return a pair of jeans I ordered online for my daughter. I first returned to the store within four weeks of the purchase but realized I had forgotten my wallet. Although the cashier was able to locate my order, she told me she could not process the return without the credit card used for the purchase. I asked whether she could issue store credit instead, but she said that was also not possible without the card. I live more than an hour away from the Joliet Mall. By the time I was able to return, I was only two days outside the 60-day return window. The manager at the register told me there was nothing she could do and instructed me to call customer service. I then spent nearly 15 minutes on the phone with customer service, only to be told the exact same thing. There was no effort to accommodate me, even though I had originally attempted to return the merchandise well within the return period and the store was able to verify my purchase. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will not be bringing my children back to this store.

  On June 14 approximately 5, I made a return the lady who assisted me was very rude, she literally snatched my bag from my hands, very bad experience, for that kind of store they should have dedicated people who’s willing to help people.

  What a joke of a place. The supervisor that was there today on 4/26/26 at 11am should look into a new job. She is the rudest employee I have ever encountered at this establishment. This store should be embarrassed to have her working here. I wouldn’t allow her to work with people.
