  We are long time Razny customers purchasing my engagement ring, our wedding bands and several watches from Razny. I really love sapphires and my husband Tom suggested we go look at sapphire rings for Mother’s Day. How could I say no! We went to Razny at their Highland Park location and had a fantastic experience. If you have any fine jewelry needs I highly suggest you go see Nicole Perc at Razny Highland Park. Nicole was very patient with us and showed us many different styles and price points to choose from. Razny really has some absolutely stunning pieces of jewelry and in the end Nicole showed us a sapphire ring that was in the back that she really loved and that was the piece of jewelry we went with! Thank you Nicole for making this Mother’s Day fantastic.

  I visited Razny Jewelers in Highland Park for the first time in May of 2026. The facility is immaculate. The staff members I encountered were very helpful and responsive. Michael Klin met with me and could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I found him to be be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand. I look forward to a continued relationship with Razny Jewelers.

  Highly recommend, best luxury watch store and sales associate (Lina) in Illinois, and perhaps, in the United States. A friend recommended Lina in Razny for a custom engraving that I had in mind. I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday and talked with Lina. Lina was so wonderful! She was very personable, friendly, and provided top notch purchase experience. I had to fly out of Illinois in a week; despite the tight timelines for a hand engraving, Lina and the team delivered a flawlessly engraved timepiece. If you are looking for the best luxury watch or jewelry experience, ask for Lina in the Highland Park location.

  Much better service than their downtown location. We went to the Oak Street location and unfortunately did not have a good experience, so we left. A week later, we came here for our purchase and had a much better experience. I’m sure it’s the same owner, but we were really glad to work with a different representative.
