  My girlfriend and I recently visited the Razny Rolex Boutique in Highland Park, and Brandon Hill made the experience exceptional. We were immediately impressed by his extensive knowledge of the Rolex brand, but even more by how welcoming, patient, and genuine he was. Brandon took the time to answer all of our questions and let us try on a wide variety of watches, making the entire experience enjoyable and completely pressure-free. His passion for Rolex and outstanding customer service are what make this boutique so special. We’re already looking forward to coming back, not only to see more watches but to talk with Brandon again. It’s not just the watches that make this boutique special - it’s people like Brandon.

What made the visit truly exceptional was our sales rep, Marina. Her attention to detail is genuinely impressive — she noticed exactly what we were drawn to and guided us with a level of care that made the whole process feel personal rather than transactional. More than that, her knowledge of the pieces is remarkable. She spoke about the craftsmanship, the movements, and the little details that set each item apart with a depth and passion that told me she truly loves what she does.   My husband has made Razny the go-to for watches and jewelry and it’s been a great experience every time we’ve gone in. Marina and Michael have become like extended family to us - the conversations are genuine and FUN! We get good loud laughs when we go in. The selection is top tier and Marina and I love putting items on my wish list when my husband is off doing his own thing. I get so many compliments on pieces that wear from Razny so I want to make sure to shout them out! Plus I walk out extra sparkly from the fantastic cleaning of all my jewelry when I’m there. Zero disappointments with Razny!
