  My first time at this location was really good. They had a lot of good items. I got this Kate Spade camera bag. My daughter got an Adidas pull ove,r a Nike hoodie and other things really nice store. They had a lot of Kate Spade purses.

  First time here. It's a little expensive compared to other thrift stores but I found a jean jacket, jean skirt and some leather suede winter going out boots for a total of $34 and some change. Overall very happy with my purchase.

  Went there about a week or 2 ago and bought a few things. My wife and I were told that if there was anything we needed to return that we could receive store credit for it. We went in today and the manager was very kind, but the other person, Ian I believe, was extremely rude and dismissive. Not sure why this kid was in such a bad mood but it really left a bad taste in our mouth.

  i’ve been coming here for a couple years because it’s close to home, but the way the employees treated my clothes everytime i go is actually disrespectful. i understand being picky and lowballing me $15 for basically new under armour shoes, but leaving the shoe box behind and throwing my clothes back into the bag unfolded like garbage is crazy. the attitudes from some of these employees are also ridiculous. being 20 doesn’t excuse having zero respect or customer service skills. somehow all the good, expensive stuff disappears while the racks are full of shein. save yourself the headache and go to the schaumburg location. they’re actually nice and know how to treat people’s clothes with respect.

  One of the WORST locations!!! I’ve been coming to this Plato’s Closet for years, but the last time I came here, the girls working were nothing but rude to both my grandmother and me. After that experience, I decided to stay away from this location for a while, but recently I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I have genuinely never encountered such rude, unwelcoming, and disrespectful employees. Whenever I go to other Plato’s Closet locations, I feel so much more comfortable and actually excited to shop. At this location, the girls quite literally ignore you, mean mug you, and sit around gossiping instead of making customers feel welcome. And specifically, the girl with the bangs (I’m not sure of her name) who has worked here for what seems like forever, every. single. interaction. I have had with her has been unpleasant. I genuinely cannot remember one positive encounter I’ve had with her throughout all the years I’ve shopped here. If you dislike your job that much that you consistently make customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome, then maybe it’s time to move along to your next path. Customers should not have to feel like they’re inconveniencing an employee simply by shopping or asking for assistance. I’ve also seen multiple other reviews mentioning discrimination at this location, and based on my own experiences here, I can understand why people feel that way. The environment is extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and after giving this location another chance, I definitely won’t be returning.
