This is the first time in 30 years that I walked into a Ralph Lauren store and wasn't greeted by an employee. There were several employees just standing around at the front of the store doing absolutely nothing. While I was looking for items, no one came and asked if I needed assistance. They just continued to congregate at the front of the store like the customers were there to serve them. When I went to checkout, the lady asked if anybody helped me in the store. I told her no, unfortunately, I had to help myself. I've been a Ralph Lauren shareholder for over 13 years, and after this experience, I'm truly considering selling my shares. If this group of people represents the future of the company, we are doomed!
