We were even asked to clean up items we had already selected for purchase, which felt inappropriate. What was most upsetting was that my daughter’s personal shoes and the shoes my mom was about to buy were moved and placed in the store aisle without any care. When we raised concerns, the associates were unhelpful, and one staff member was especially rude and didn’t even apologize. It honestly felt like the staff was uninterested in helping customers at all. Are employees there just to walk around without assisting? This experience was disappointing and far below the level of customer service expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving staff behavior and customer care.

Despite spending over $300 , the service was appalling. A male associate was incredibly rude, taking away shoes my mother had already selected and, even worse, putting away my niece’s personal shoes she wore into the store. We had to search the entire store to find her shoes with zero apology from him. Later, a female associate spoke to us in a very condescending tone regarding some packaging from dolls we purchased. Even after we cleaned it up, she remained combative. The store only had two other customers, so there was no excuse for this level of rudeness. We’ve always come here for the variety, but after being treated like a nuisance rather than a customer, we won’t be returning."
