I also love their jackets and such as well. Store was so clean and organized and service friendly. Bonus it’s attached to the mall to do more shopping. Prices are fair for items available in the store.

I had to escalate to the store manager at the Gurnee location and he couldn't understand the concept of club points being used and how that impacts the returns process.... i had to discuss this with him on the phone for an hour with him STILL not understanding how i was being charged twice because club points were used. The solution they gave me was only available if i came back to the store physically when i initially ordered this online for in store pick up. It was the most frustrating customer experience I've ever had. Makes me no longer want to shop at this location.

I was like great, I'll bring the old ones in, still in working condition. I was told sorry, "your Keen trade ins do not qualify, because Keen doesnt make hunting boots". I purchased the boots anyway. I receive a survey from Bass Pro and voice my displeasure over what happed. I receive a reply from Randy L., a manager at the Bass Pro in Gurnee. I told him what had happened and he invited me to come back for a free pair of hunting boots my choice. He also informed me he would clarify the promotion to the sales staff. Thank you Randy and Bass Pro Shops!
