- PPPeterApr 28, 20261.0Whenever I order from BPS (not BPS Gurnee, just bps in general) its projected delivery date is always a day off. It says it’ll be delivered as if the shipper (like fedex( picks up the package the day BPS drops it off at FedEx. But that’s not what happens. FedEx takes a day to find the package, so then delivery date is a day later You’d think bps would have this system down so expected date is accurate

For the most part I was just left alone to explore the store and enjoy the experience. Seems to be an extremely beautiful store. Very well merchandised. Keep up the good work and please never start pestering people to get credit cards like all your other stores do.
- DDDaylanApr 11, 20264.0I came in to potentially buy another utility side by. I bought one here a few years ago and just wanted a newer model. Anyhow...as I was checking it out, a large group of employees started yelling at me from across the area to not mess with the vehicle. They yelled it "might tip over", which caused my children to freak out. Then I calmly stated that it is in park and the tailgate is locked in just like the one at home as to calm my family down. Then one of the crowd of employees says with a smirk "maybe" and walks away. I walked up to the group to ask questions at which point they all dispersed except for the 3 that were sitting. I asked if it is against policy to check out a vehicle before I buy it. I was told to have a good day. We are all pretty surprised that we were treated this way because it's the opposite of how we're always treated here. We love this place regardless. 11 April 2026 2:30pm. I received a follow up with a gentleman in charge. He was more than friendly in hearing about the situation and smoothie everything over. Great customer service
