  Came in to do a return for an online order. She tried to say she could only give me store credit despite the item being purchased on an AE/AERIE credit card that I had in my hand. When I refused a second time, she finally asked the manager who said to refund back to the card. Crap customer service doesn't get you sales.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Someone was able to pick up my online order fraudulently. The store manager and district manager conducted an investigation and had no solution to the problem even though there had been acknowledgment of possible fraud being committed. The lack of empathy and insincere response was only further exacerbated when the customer service number provided was to a completely unrelated hotline. A simple purchase turned into a disaster and nightmare to have corrected. I will never spend my money at any American Eagle or Aerie location again.

  The store was clean, we'll arranged. Good prices. If you are not a size 12 or smaller don't bother. It's showed posters of larger sizes. But never saw any. Clerks didn't seem to be very friendly. Guess me not being a size 12 or smaller there was no need bothering.
