  I would strongly caution anyone with a luxury watch to get a quote directly from the manufacturer before having it serviced here. My mom was charged approximately $1,200 for an overhaul of her Cartier watch. We later learned that Cartier itself charges roughly half that amount for comparable service. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that the repair only lasted about two years, and the watch now needs to be serviced again. When you’re dealing with an expensive watch, you rely on a jeweler to be transparent about your options. I believe they should have told her that sending the watch directly to Cartier was an option, particularly given the significant difference in cost. We contacted them about the situation and were extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability. In my opinion, this experience felt like taking advantage of a customer who trusted their expertise rather than being upfront about the alternatives available.

  I brought in a necklace to have a clasp repaired and I went back yesterday they did an amazing job, only one problem I walked out with the most gorgeous black diamond bracelet It is absolutely gorgeous 🥰
