  Shopped in store today and 5 stars truly for Petra who helped me out & turned my 1 star to 5. I walked in here and immediately felt judged by one of the associates in the store as she looked at my mom and I up and down and did not even greet us… I immediately felt judged uncomfortable and decided to shop around myself. Another associate walked around me never acknowledging me or asking if I needed help, just blank stares. I had exchanges to make so I was looking for the same items just in different sizes. When I was ready I walked to the front and luckily Petra stepped in with a smile and offered to help me check out. Her vibe was instantly more warm and friendly, she even went above and beyond to help me find another size of some leggings I thought they didn’t have. Her customer service and friendliness is how I would love to feel anytime I walk into an Aerie/offline/AE store. I try to stay away from the stores and shop online for this exact reason… so many thanks to Petra for turning a sucky shopping visit to a better one. Those other associates should revisit how to be kind to customers that don’t fit their typical stereotype! Thanks again Petra!

  Jenna , Brielle, Emily, and Addison were just so sweet and accommodating 10/10 , helped me find different sizes offered help finding styles and it was just the best experience I’ve had shopping in a while. It was my first time in the store and I’m like raving about how amazing the staff was ! Thank you so much! Y’all made my day ❤️

  When I was in recently, I had such an awesome experience! The store looks so organized and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be headed back to this Geneva location! It is my fav.

  Very helpful and friendly staff! I think Chloe is one of the managers, which is the staff member who complimented and helped me chose clothes that looked great for me, all while making me feel so comfortable and confident! 10/10 will be telling my friends to come here.
