  I frequent this location because I work nearby, and every visit is a great experience. Brandon is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He always provides valuable insight into the current Lululemon lineup and takes the time to answer questions without ever being pushy. His exceptional customer service and positive attitude are a big reason I enjoy shopping at this store. Brandon is a tremendous asset to the team and deserves recognition for the outstanding experience he provides.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Lululemon today thanks to Mari and Joel! They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, and made shopping so enjoyable. They helped me put together the most beautiful white workout outfit and took the time to find pieces that fit perfectly and made me feel confident. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Thank you, Mari and Joel, for making my visit such a great experience—I absolutely love my new outfit and can’t wait to wear it! 🤍

  Zach is an absolute great part of their staff. However, the woman with brown hair and a bit of grey in the front is not friendly. I returned a few items and was made to feel..bad for returning items? Absolutely not friendly, no smiling and no effort to engage with an obvious customer. If the idea is to make me uncomfortable when I don't like items and not come back..mission accomplished!

  They have stock all the new items and have great sales rack to look through. Helpful staff who kindly supported with an exchange to honor their quality promise. Really hoping that lulu continues to stay in our area. Love that store.

  I had a pair of sweatpants that I purchased there was an issue with the fabric wearing out that I noticed after I purchased them. It was obvious there was something going on And called and spoke to someone and they said to come in and they would happily exchange them. I drove over 30 minutes to get to the store to have them tell me that they wouldn't do it or honor what an employee told me earlier that day completely wasting my time and energy. I went to another location and they apologized for the Geneva location and happily swapped them out for me. I was about to spend $500 on a bunch of stuff that I needed for a trip and inexperienced young manager on the one yard line and doesn't understand customer satisfaction in a retail store. Avoid that store go to Naperville would be my suggestion. 🕉️
