So, the employee at the register said she would order the charlie brown sweater in a smaller size. Since then, it's been three months since my mom has waited for her order and has had issues with getting aid from maurices customer service. What seems to have happened is that after the employee returned the sweater, she then charged my mom for a price change instead of actually ordering the sweater.
