  I hate this place i give good quality clothes to this is place and i gave stuff that shouldn’t be in a trashy store like this and they give me less than 15 dollars are you kidding me what type of establishment is this!!???

  Shittiest place I gave ever visited!!! Went in for my very first time with a couple of items to sell , NEW items mind you, as soon as I walked in I was asked “ are you here to sell”? I responded yes it’s my first time here, woman replies in a very nasty attitude,, it’s a 5 hour wait if you want to sell , you could come back tomorrow when we open and hopefully you’ll only wait from 1 hour to 2 hours,, I left and went to donate my items to St Paul Vincent thrift store!! Never will I visit a Plato establishment!!! Horrible customer service!!!’

  I used to ALWAYS come to this Plato’s Closet to sell my items, but I will never be coming back due to them being TOO selective on items. Also, really not ever giving you your moneys worth on YOUR own items. I ALWAYS come with my clothes washed, folded, and check to make sure there is no staining, excessive wear, etc. They just bought 3 name brand items for only $8. I have sold them American Eagle, Hollister, Princess Polly, and multiple high brand items and they have never given me my moneys worth. NEVER sell your clothes to this Plato’s unless you don’t care about being cheaped out.
